Mr. Faheem-ud-Din holds the position of Director Operations (Real Estate) and looking after overall operations of Enterprise. He has over 20 years’ experience of Real Estate and Logistic Services. He has vast experience of Design, Procurement and Construction of different types of Residential and Commercial Projects.
He poses in-depth knowledge and expertise of construction material procurement, quality control. He has credit to develop, market and successful handover numbers of residential and commercial projects.
He also has experience of logistic services operations all over the Pakistan.
DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING
Mr. Adnan Ahmed is an architect by profession and got his degree from IIUI. He has in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and specialize in digital as well as conventional marketing and sales of residential, commercial and industrial property.
He is holding position of Director Marketing & Sales and heading the Marketing & Sales sub-division of Real Estate Segment of Enterprise. His sub-division is responsible to provide brokerage, marketing & sales services.
DIRECTOR TECHNO SERVE
Ms. Rimsha is serving as Director Techno Serve and looking after the Techno Services Segment of enterprise which is mandate to undertake the Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning Project, and International Techno Trade. She has extensive experience in project execution and techno business operations.
She is business graduate and earned master’s degree from reputable university of Pakistan. She holds memberships of several professional and social bodies.
DIRECTOR AGRO TRADE & MODEL FARMING
Mr. Abid Chaudhary is holding position of Director Agro Trade & Model Farming segment of enterprise. He did his graduation from reputable university of Pakistan.
He has over 10 years’ experience in his field and successfully managing Commodities Trade, Brokerage House, Commodity Buying House, Commodities Preservation and Model Forming.
DIRECTOR CORPORATE AFFAIRS
Ms. Musaddaq is serving as Director Corporate Affairs. She is business graduate and earned master’s degree in commerce from most reputable university of Pakistan. She has over decade experience in corporate management with special interests in public relations, opportunity analysis, corporate legal affairs and contract executions.
She also has keen interests in social betterment and contributing in several social projects in addition to CSR projects of enterprise. She is also acting as Company Secretary since inception of enterprise.
